Mental health is one of the most sensitive topics in my life. As someone who’s faced the pressure of constant deadlines and was eventually diagnosed due to stress, I wanted to create something that truly helps in the workplace. This project focuses on identifying emotional wellness gaps in high-performance environments. Professionals shared that while mental health matters, most tools feel clinical or hard to use during the workday. People don’t want heavy self-care, they want light, frictionless support for moments of stress, anxiety, or emotional fatigue. This insight shaped an MVP centered on ease, emotional relief, and seamless integration into daily work life.
